This is Jake posting the first thing on my new blog. Over the coming months I aim to put music, art work and nightlife listings that I am digging at the moment. I am currently DJing at a few nights around the East Midlands, such as Filthy Boots @ The Royal, Derby...Bridge The Gap@ The Bridge, Ashbourne....soon to be in the back room at Big Room Drama@The Sun Lounge, Derby.
I am currently enjoying loads of different musical styles along the lines of Funk/Soul, Breakbeat and Electro and look to post the latest tracks I get on this blog for your pleasure...

So far we have hosted Foamo, Drumattic Twins, Andy George and Late Of The Pier (DJ set)...above is the night Andy George smashed it just 1 week after filling in for Annie Mac on Radio 1...this guy is going to be big and I hope to get him back to Filthy Boots on a regular basis next year...phat rave!!!
